On September 15, 2010 a bridge loan closing occurred, in which the Company received bridge loans from accredited investors. The Company made a series of investments in AspenBio Pharma, Inc. (AspenBio). The Company has made a series of investments in PepperBall Technologies, Inc. (PepperBall). PepperBall, a public company, develops and markets non-lethal and personal protection devices.
