Chase Corporation operates in the Electronic components sector. Chase Corporation (Chase), through its subsidiaries, is a global manufacturer of tapes, laminates, sealants, and coatings for hgh reliability applications. In September 2009, it completed the acquisition of the outstanding capital stock of C.I.M. Industries Inc. (CIM), which is based in Peterborough and has a manufacturing facility in Houston. CIM is a manufacturer of coating and lining systems used globally in the liquid storage and containment industry. In December 2009, it completed the acquisition of a range of ServiWrap pipeline protection products (ServiWrap) from Grace Construction Products Limited, United Kingdom-based unit of W.R. Grace & Co. ServiWrap anti-corrosion systems provide protection for new and refurbished oil, gas and water pipelines in projects globally. On June 30, 2010, the Company divested its contract manufacturing services business to MC Assembly.
