In November 2010, the Company sold all of its shares in Fermaca LNG de Cancun, S.A. de C.V. and Fermaca Gas de Cancun, S.A. de C.V. to its former joint venture partner, Cia. Mexicana de Gas Natural, S.A. de C.V.
