On September 29, 2010, the Company incorporated two wholly owned subsidiary companies, Frezhasia Telecoms Sdn Bhd and Frezhtalkz Mobile Sdn Bhd. On September 7, 2011, the Company incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, MBf Carpenters Leasing Limited.
