Some of its products and services include Optical transport products, Carrier Ethernet products, Infrastructure management products and Network integration and services. On October 26, 2010, the Company sold Source Photonics, Inc. and Source Photonics Santa Clara, Inc. (together, Source Photonics). On January 7, 2010, the Company divested its 90% interest of EDSLan Finance S.r.l.
