Business Description:
Mays (J.W.), Inc. operates in the Nonresidential building operators sector. J.W. Mays, Inc. operates a number of commercial real estate properties located in Brooklyn, Jamaica, Fishkill, Levittown, Massapequa, in New York and Circleville, Ohio. The properties owned, which are held subject to mortgage are the Brooklyn Bond Street building, the Jamaica building and the Fishkill property. As of July 31, 2011, 10% of the property is leased by the Company under five separate leases. The Company added two elevators to its lobby at nine Bond Street. The Company is renovating 18,218 square feet for office space for a tenant. As of July 31, 2011, the Brooklyn property leased to 19 tenants of which 10 are retail tenants, one is a fast food restaurant and eight occupy office space. One tenant is a department store (33.42%) and the other tenant occupies office space (15.06%).
