Business Description:

Oneok Partners, L.P. operates in the Natural gas transmission sector. ONEOK Partners, L.P. is engaged in gathering, processing, storage and transportation of natural gas in the United States. In addition, the Company owns natural gas liquids systems, connecting natural gas liquid (NGL) supply in the Mid-Continent and Rocky Mountain regions with the market centers. The Company operates in three business segments: Natural Gas Gathering and Processing, Natural Gas Pipelines and Natural Gas Liquids. The Company's projects include Williston Basin Projects, Williston Basin Processing Plants and related projects, Bakken Pipeline and related project, Cana-Woodford Shale and Granite Wash projects and Sterling I Pipeline Expansion. In September 2010, the Company completed a transaction to sell a 49% ownership interest in Overland Pass Pipeline Company to a subsidiary of Williams Partners resulting in each joint-venture member owning 50% of Overland Pass Pipeline Company.
