Orange 21 Inc. operates in the Ophthalmic goods sector. Orange 21 Inc. (Orange 21), incorporated in August 1992, is a designer, developer and distributor of premium sunglasses and goggles. The Company designs, develops, manufactures and distributes products for the action sports, motor sports and lifestyle markets under the brands Spy Optic, O'Neill, Margaritaville Eyewear and Melodies. Its eyewear product matrix consists of seven product categories, including fashion sunglasses, women-specific sunglasses, performance sport sunglasses, snow sport goggles, motocross goggles, accessories and prescription glasses. The Company has two wholly owned subsidiaries: Orange 21 North America Inc. (O21NA) and O21 Europe S.r.l. (O21 Europe). On December 31, 2010, the Company completed the sale of 90% interest of LEM S.r.l (LEM). It continues to hold a 10% interest in LEM. LEM is a manufacturer of sports eye glasses.
