Park View Federal is a federally chartered savings bank operating through 17 branch offices located in Cleveland, Ohio, and surrounding communities. The Bank's principal business consists of attracting deposits from the general public and investing these funds primarily in loans secured by first mortgages on real estate located in the Bank's market area, which consists of Portage, Lake, Geauga, Cuyahoga, Summit, Medina and Lorain Counties in Ohio. It focuses on the origination of loans for the purchase or construction of residential real estate, commercial real estate and multi-family residential property and land loans. To a lesser extent, the Bank has also originated loans secured by second mortgages, including home equity lines of credit and loans secured by savings deposits.
