In August 2010, the Company acquired approximately 6,800 net acres in the Eagle Ford Shale play in Texas. In January 2010, the Company completed the sale of its Gulf Coast properties . During 2010, it acquired a total of approximately 27,000 net acres in the Marcellus Shale play in Pennsylvania.
