(PFSC), Penson Financial Services Ltd. (PFSL), Nexa Technologies, Inc. (Nexa), Penson Futures, Penson Asia Limited (Penson Asia) and Penson Financial Services Australia Pty Ltd (PFSA). In November 2011, the Company sold its Australian operation to BNY Mellon Company.
