In 2010, PSA Peugeot Citroen S.A. sold 3.6 million vehicles worldwide. The Company is headquartered in Paris, France. On February 1, 2012, the Company completed sale of its short-term car rental subsidiary, Citer SA and its Spanish subsidiary Atesa, to Enterprise Holdings.
