Powell Industries, Inc. operates in the Switchgear and switchboard apparatus sector. Powell Industries, Inc. (Powell) develops, designs, manufactures and services custom engineered-to-order equipment and systems for the management and control of electrical energy and other critical processes. The Company operates in two business segments: Electrical Power Products and Process Control Systems. Process Control Systems business segment's DYNAC software suite provides an integrated operations management solution. Its wholly owned subsidiaries include Powell Electrical Systems, Inc., Transdyn, Inc., Powell Industries International, Inc., Switchgear & Instrumentation Limited (S&I) and Powell Canada Inc.
