The Company's principal business consists of attracting deposits and investing those deposits in loans/leases and securities. The Company also engages in direct financing lease contracts through the 80% equity investment of Quad City Bank & Trust in m2 Lease Funds, LLC (m2 Lease Funds), based in Brookfield, Wisconsin, and in real estate holdings through its 91% equity investment in Velie Plantation Holding Company, LLC (Velie Plantation Holding Company), based in Moline, Illinois.
