Quality Distribution, Inc. operates in the Trucking, except local sector. Quality Distribution, Inc. (QDI) operates chemical bulk tank truck network in North America through its wholly owned subsidiary Quality Carriers, Inc. (QCI) and is a provider of ISO (International Organization for Standardization) container and depot services through its wholly owned subsidiary Boasso America Corporation (Boasso). The bulk tank truck carriers consists primarily of liquid and dry bulk chemicals, including plastics and bulk dry and liquid food-grade products. It transports a range of chemical products and provides the customers with logistics and other value-added services. It is a carrier for companies engaged in chemical processing, including BASF, Dow, DuPont, ExxonMobil, Georgia-Pacific, Honeywell, Procter & Gamble, Rohm & Haas, Sunoco and Unilever. The Company has two business segments: Trucking, which consists of truckload transportation of bulk chemicals, and Container Services, specifically ISO tank container transportation and depot services.
