The Company has two operating divisions: the Advanced Media and Information (AMI) Division and the Home Entertainment (HE) Division. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2011 (fiscal 2011), it acquired Cine Chiffres, a provider of French box office data in Paris, France and its suburbs. In January 2011, the Company acquired Media Salvation Inc.
