SCV-07 is being developed for the delay of onset of severe oral mucositis in patients receiving chemoradiation therapy for the treatment of cancers of the head and neck and for the treatment of hepatitis C virus (HCV). Thymalfasin is being developed in an ongoing clinical trial for improvement of Influenza A vaccination. In April 2011, it acquired NovaMed Pharmaceuticals Inc.
