It operates a fleet of offshore support vessels and helicopters servicing oil and gas exploration, development and production facilities and a fleet of United States-flag product tankers that transport petroleum, chemicals and crude products in the United States domestic or coastwise trade. On August 31, 2010, it acquired SES Borkit LLP. On July 31, 2010, it acquired Seaspraie Holdings LLC.
