Its Temperature Control Segment manufactures and remanufactures air conditioning compressors, air conditioning and heating parts, engine cooling system parts, power window accessories, and windshield washer system parts. In April 2011, the Company acquired the Engine Controls business of BLD Products, Ltd. In October 2011, the Company acquired Forecast Trading Corporation.
