Thor Industries Incorporated operates in the Motor homes sector. Thor Industries, Inc. (Thor) manufactures and sells a range of recreation vehicles and small and mid-size buses in the United States and Canada. The Company operates in three segments: towable recreation vehicles, motorized recreation vehicles and buses. The towable recreation vehicles segment consists of product lines from Airstream, Inc. (Airstream), CrossRoads RV (CrossRoads) and Dutchmen Manufacturing, Inc. (Dutchmen). The motorized recreation vehicles segment consists of product lines from Airstream and Thor Motor Coach. The buses segment consists of operating companies, such as Champion Bus, Inc. (Champion), General Coach America, Inc., (General Coach) and ElDorado National California, Inc. (ElDorado California). On September 16, 2010, the Company acquired 100% of Towables Holdings, Inc. On January 1, 2011, the operations of Breckenridge and Komfort were transferred into Dutchmen to form a single operating entity.
