Ultralife Corporation offers products and services ranging from portable and standby power solutions to communications and electronics systems. The Company designs, manufactures, installs and maintains power and communications systems, including rechargeable and non-rechargeable batteries, standby power systems, communications and electronics systems and accessories, and custom engineered systems, solutions and services. It serves government, defense and commercial customers worldwide. The Company operates in four segments: Non-Rechargeable Products, Rechargeable Products, Communications Systems and Design and Installation Services. On March 20, 2009, the Company acquired tactical communications products business of Science Applications International Corporation. In January 2010, Stationary Power Services, Inc. (Stationary Power) and RPS Power Systems, Inc. (RPS) merged, with Stationary Power being the surviving corporation.
