The Optical Systems Division has manufacturing locations in Middlefield, Connecticut; Tucson, Arizona; and Costa Mesa, California. On January 22, 2010, the Company completed the acquisition of Zemetrics, Inc. (Zemetrics), an interferometric metrology company.
