Gold One also operates a training centre from the nearby Sub Nigel mine, where personnel and mining teams are trained underground before being recruited for Modder East. Among its subsidiaries there are: Gold One Africa Limited, Twin Hills Operations Pty Limited, Australian Silicon Operations Pty Limited, New Kleinfontein Goldmine (Proprietary) Limited and New Kleinfontein Gold Claims (Proprietary) Limited. In January 2012, the Company acquired Rand Uranium (Proprietary) Limited.
