Traka Resources Ltd operates in the Gold ores sector. Traka Resources Limited is engaged in the exploration of gold and base metal in the Musgrave region of Western Australia. As of June 30, 2011 (fiscal year), the Company had interests in such projects as Musgrave Project (gold and base metal), Ravensthorpe Project (gold and base metal) and Lort River Project (gold and uranium). The Ravensthorpe Project comprises five subprojects including the Traka managed Mt Short Base Metal and Ravensthorpe Nickel Projects. No exploration activity has occurred on the Lort River Project over the past year. The Company also has 20% interest in Mt Cattlin Mine (Lithium oxide) through the joint venture with Galaxy Resources Limited. During the fiscal year, the Company's focus was on Musgrave Project.
