The Company has three segments: Exploration (South America), which consists of the exploration expenditure involved in the search and discovery of minerals; Investment (Australia), which consists of financial investments made in Australia, and Corporate (Australia). As of June 30, 2010, its projects included Pampas, Solare, Llamaras, Soledad and Cardones. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company completed the second phase of drilling over the Pampas Project. The Company drilled a total of 43 vertical, reverse circulation holes for 964 meter. On July 5, 2010, the Company entered into an agreement with Dacal Mineracao Ltda. (Dacal) to acquire 100% of the Rio Pardo Iron Ore Project situated in the Minas Gerais Iron Province in Brazil. The Rio Pardo block of tenements covers 338.5 square kilometers.
