For Guelb el Aouj Iron Ore Project with 50% interest, the Company and its joint-venture partner, SNIM (Societe Nationale Industrielle et Miniere) have commenced drilling on the Bou Derga and Tintekrate deposits in the southern half of the EL Aouj license area. For Askaf Iron Ore Project with 100% interest, the mineral resource at Askaf North was updated in May 2011. As of June 30, 2011, the Company had one wholly owned indirect subsidiary, Sidero Pty Limited.
