Sino-Excel Energy Ltd operates in the Electromedical equipment sector. Sino-Excel Energy Limited, formerly Norwood Abbey Limited is engaged in the development, commercialization and marketing of medical technologies relating to drug delivery and other therapies. The Company operated in two divisions: Devices and Immunology. The Devices division manufactures and sells medical devices. The Immunology division is engaged in the development of products relating to the enhancement of the human immune system. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2011, there were no principal activities for the Company. As of June 30, 2011, the Company had six subsidiaries, namely Norwood Immunology, Inc., Norwood Devices Pty Ltd, Norwood EyeCare Pty Ltd, Norwood Abbey, Inc, Electrospect, Inc. and Norwood Lasers U.K.
