Among its Subsidiaries there are: Roc Oil (China) Pty Ltd, Roc Oil (Gobi) Pty Limited, Roc Oil (Madagascar) Pty Limited, ROC Oil International Holdings Pty Ltd, ROC Oil (Europe) Limited and Lacula Oil Company Ltd.
