The Company's mining operations include Airly Project, Angus Place/Springvale joint venture, Charbon and Charbon Open-cut, Clarence, Mandalong Southern Extension Project, Newstan, Neubeck's Project, Lambert's Gully, Wolgan Road Project and Inglenook Exploration Project. Its subsidiaries include Hartley Valley Coal Company Pty Limited, Berrima Coal Pty Limited, Preston Coal Pty Limited, Coalex Pty Limited and Centennial Angus Place Pty Limited.
