The Lambouka prospect area, which consists an area of 155 square kilometers have been signed with Gulfsands Petroleum Plc to earn a 30% working interest (WI), Carnavale Resources Ltd to earn a 20% WI, Xstate Resources Ltd to earn a 10% WI and PharmAust Ltd to earn a 10% WI, resulting in a retained ADX interest in the Lambouka prospect area of 30%.
