During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company was engaged in exploration for oil and gas, evaluation and development of oil and gas properties, and mineral exploration. The Company has two segments: oil and gas development and oil and gas exploration. SC 54 is an exploration permit located in the offshore area of the North West Palawan Basin in the Philippines. SC 54 Area A encompasses some 896 square meters covering the inboard, shallow water portion of the contract area, including the Tindalo, Yakal and Signal Head. SC 54 Area B covers some 3120 square kilometers of the deeper water area of the block, which contains the Gindara Prospect. During fiscal 2010, the Company sold 5% of its interest in SC 54A to Trafigura Ventures III B.V. and sold 4.9% of its interest in SC 54A to TG World (BVI) Corp.
