The Demerger of Echo Entertainment Group Limited from Tabcorp, which was implemented on June 15, 2011, resulted in Tabcorp retaining its wagering, gaming and keno businesses while Echo Entertainment Group Limited holds the casinos business previously held by Tabcorp.
