It is a uranium producer with a portfolio of projects in South Australia, Victoria and New South Wales. The Four Mile Uranium Project joint venture is located 550 kilometers north of Adelaide in South Australia. Alliance holds a 25% participating interest in the joint venture through its subsidiary, Alliance Craton Explorer Pty Ltd. The Company also owns through its subsidiaries Maldon Gold Project, which is located 30 kilometers southwest of Bendigo in central Victoria, East Frome Copper-Gold-Base Metals Project located 30 kilometers north west of Broken Hill in New South Wales and Warrina Copper-Gold Project 60 kilometers north east of Coober Pedy in the Gawler province of South Australia. In December 2010, the Company completed the sale of its subsidiary, Maldon Resources Pty Ltd, which owns the Maldon Gold Project, to Octagonal Resources Limited.
