In November 2010, the Company acquired Australian Technology Information Pty Ltd (ATI), which provides specialized services to the Australian Defence Forces, including systems engineering and integration, information technology, verification and validation systems and deployable tactical command centers. In November 2011, the Company acquired a shipyard in the Philippines.
