The Company's subsidiaries include Pacific Energy (Victorian Hydro) Pty Ltd, Ausi Iron NL, Pacific Energy (Biomass) Pty Ltd, Pacific Energy (KPS) Pty Ltd and SpiritWest Bioenergy Pty Ltd.
