During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2010 (fiscal 2010), its subsidiary, Stuart Petroleum Fuels Pty Ltd acquired an additional 15% interest in Port Bonython Fuels Pty Ltd, thereby acquiring 100% interest. During fiscal 2010, the Company sold its interest in the offshore Timor Sea permit AC/P33, which contained the Oliver field, and exited Gippsland Basin permit Vic P53.
