Rey Resources Ltd operates in the Bituminous coal and lignite--surface sector. Rey Resources Limited (Rey Resources) is an Australia-based company engaged in the mineral resource exploration and mineral project evaluation. The Company holds coal, oil and gas tenements covering large areas of the Canning Basing in Western Australia. It has two petroleum exploration permits, namely EP457 and EP458, that overlap its coal leases. In February 2010, Rey Resources reached an agreement with Uranium Exploration Australia to explore uranium at Myroodah. During the fiscal year 2009/2010, the Company has disposed Humitos Pty Ltd. In addition, in August 2010, it has divested Rey Investments Chile Limitada and as of October 2010, controlled four entities, including Blackfin Pty Ltd, Rey Kimberley Pty Ltd, Rey Resources Peru S.A. and Rey Derby Pty Ltd.
