Ur-Energy Inc. operates in the Uranium-radium-vanadium ores sector. Ur-Energy Inc. (Ur-Energy) is an exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the identification, acquisition, evaluation, exploration and development of uranium mineral properties located primarily in the United States with additional exploration interests in Canada. The Company has three wholly owned subsidiaries: Ur-Energy USA Inc., ISL Resources Corporation and CBM-Energy Inc. The Company's Canadian properties include Screech Lake and Gravel Hill, which are located in the Thelon Basin, Northwest Territories and Bugs, which is located in the Kivalliq region of the Baker Lake Basin, Nunavut. As of December 31, 2010, the Company's land portfolio included 13 projects in the United States and three exploration projects in Canada. In January 2011, the Company announced the expansion of its the United States exploration activities into western Nebraska.
