The Fund was established to acquire, invest in, hold, transfer, dispose of and otherwise deal with securities and/or assets of the Cinram International Income Trust, Cinram International General Partner Inc., and other corporations, partnerships or persons engaged, directly or indirectly, in the business of the manufacture, packaging, distribution, sale and provision of multimedia products and related logistics services, as well as activities related or ancillary thereto, and such other investments as the Trustees may determine, and the borrowing of funds for that purpose. On April 9, 2009, the Fund completed the sale of substantially all of Ivy Hill's assets and liabilities to Multi Packaging Solutions, Inc.
