It owns three properties located in the Velardena mining district, within the municipality of Cuencame, in the northeast quadrant of the State of Durango, Mexico. These properties, collectively known as the Velardena District Properties, are centered approximately 95 kilometers southwest of the city of Torreon in the State of Coahuila and 140 kilometers northeast of the city of Durango, capital of the State of Durango, and are consisted of the Velardena Property, the Chicago Property and the San Diego Property. The Velardena Property consists of 20 contiguous mineral concessions totaling 233.2 hectares. The Chicago Property is located approximately 2 kilometers south of the Velardena Property. The San Diego Property is situated approximately 9 kilometers northeast of the Velardena Property.
