The Rosia Montana Project is located within the Golden Quadrilateral, which is situated within the Apuseni and Metaliferi Mountains of Transylvania, Romania and covers an area of approximately 900 square kilometers immediately to the north of the city of Deva. The Bucium exploration concession is located immediately to the south of Rosia Montana and covers an area of approximately 32.1 square kilometers. During the year ended December 31, 2010 the Company incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, RM Gold (Services) Limited.
