Business Description:
NGEx Resources Inc operates in the Gold ores sector. NGEx Resources Inc. is mineral exploration, including the identification, acquisition, and evaluation of projects. The Company's portfolio of precious and base metals properties are located in North and South America and Africa. The mineralization targeted at the Company's various projects in South America are porphyry copper/gold, high sulphidation bulk tonnage disseminated copper/gold mineralization, and low sulphidation gold/silver vein and base metal systems. As of December 31, 2010, the Company held a 100% interest in the Lirio Properties subject to a 0.5% net smelter return royalty. In South America, the Company encompasses approximately 420,000 hectares in Argentina, Chile and Peru. The Company has a joint exploration agreement with Japan Oil, Gas and Metals National Corporation (JOGMEC) known as the JOGMEC Vicuna JEA, in which the Company held a 60% Interest. In June 2010, it sold its indirect wholly owned subsidiary Sanu Resources Burkina S.A.R.L. to Indigo Exploration Inc.
