Global Railway Industries Ltd operates in the Motors and generators sector. Global Railway Industries Ltd. is the holding company for CAD Railway Industries Ltd. (CADRI) and GBI USA Holdings, Inc. (G&B). CADRI (Locomotive segment) offers its customers turnkey rail supply services primarily to the North American north-east railway industry, and secondarily to the rest of the Canadian market and overseas. G&B (Track and Signal segment) designs, manufactures and markets railroad track and signal components and railgear for use by freight and passenger railroads. G&B manufactures switch machine layouts, manual switch stands, electric switch locks, switch circuit controllers and component parts for the mentioned products. In August 2010, the Company disposed of its interest in Bach Simpson Corporation (Bach) to Wabtec Corporation. In September 2011, the Company sold CAD Railway Industries Ltd.
