SilverCrest Mines Incorporated operates in the Silver ores sector. SilverCrest Mines Inc. is a Canada-based exploration company. The Company is engaged in acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties in Mexico and Central America with a portfolio of silver-gold deposits. The Company's principal focus is the development and operation of the Santa Elena Project consisting of six mineral concessions totaling 3,159 hectares located northeast of Hermosillo, Sonora State, Mexico. The Company indirectly holds title to the sixth concession (Santa Elena 7) comprising a part of the Santa Elena Project through Nusantara. The Company's other mineral properties include the Cruz de Mayo Project (Mexico), the La Joya Property (Mexico), the Silver Angel Project (Mexico) and the El Zapote Project (El Salvador). The Cruz de Mayo Project consists of two mineral concessions known as the Cruz de Mayo 2 concession and the El Gueriguito concession consisting a total of 452 hectares.
