On August 26, 2010, the Company transferred its Alaska assets (other than the Livengood project and associated assets), including the Chisna, West Pogo, Terra and LMS properties and related assets, and its Nevada assets, including the North Bullfrog property and related assets, to Corvus Gold Inc. (Corvus) and Corvus was spun-to to the shareholders of ITH.
