The online division, www.chapters.indigo.ca, features books, e-Books, toys, gift and lifestyle products. The Company also has a 50% interest in Calendar Club of Canada Limited Partnership, which operates seasonal kiosks and stores in shopping malls across Canada. As of April 2, 2011, Indigo operated 97 superstores, and 140 small format stores. As of April 2, 2011, it also operated nine small format stores. In January 2012, the Company sold Kobo Inc.
