Tournigan's flagship Kuriskova property is a uranium deposit. The Kuriskova property consists of 32 square kilometers of mineral claims situated in a forest approximately 13 kilometers northwest of the city of Kosice, a regional industrial centre in East-Central Slovakia. As of September 31, 2010, the Company held a 100% interest in the Svabovce and Spissky Stiavnik deposits in eastern Slovakia. On April 9, 2010, Tournigan completed the sales of Slovakian subsidiaries, Kremnica Gold s.r.o and Kremnica Gold Mining s.r.o. (the Kremnica Companies), to Ortac Resources plc. During the fiscal year ended September 30, 2010 (fiscal 2010), it had not generated any revenues.
