Its products include Rho(D) Immune Globulin (Human) for Injection (WinRho), Varicella Zoster Immune Globulin (Human) (VariZIG), Vaccinia Immune Globulin Intravenous (Human) (VIG), and Hepatitis B Immune Globulin (Human) Injection (HepaGam B). Cangene focuses primarily on therapeutics for infectious diseases and biodefence applications. On July 31, 2010, Cangene acquired assets consisting of the United States commercialization rights to HepaGam B, and assets consists of patents of Twinstrand Therapeutics Inc.
