(Delphi) is engaged in the acquisition, exploration for and development and production of crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids from properties located in Western Canada. Its Bigstone property is located 150 kilometers southeast of Grand Prairie. Its Hythe property is located 60 kilometers northwest of Grand Prairie. The Wapiti /Gold Creek assets are located south of Grand Prairie. During the year ending December 31, 2010, the Company drilled 36 wells (23.3 net) resulting in 19 gas wells (13.5 net), 16 oil wells (9.5 net) and one dry hole (0.3 net).
