Primary Energy Recycling Corporation owns 85.7% of the equity interests in Primary Energy Recycling Holdings LLC (PERH). PERH, headquartered in Oak Brook, Illinois, indirectly owns and operates four recycled energy projects and has a 50% interest in a pulverized coal facility, all located in the United States (collectively, the Projects).
